Flagstar Construction Company is a general contracting firm performing services in the States of Mississippi (License 10817-MC), Louisiana (License 40808), and Alabama (License 42389). Our primary office is located in Brandon, Mississippi with our north Mississippi office located just outside of Tupelo in Pontotoc, Mississippi.
From our offices, projects are given expert planning, organization and construction from our experienced team of managers, coordinators, and estimators. Each project is given professional scheduling, quality control, safety inspections and daily on-site supervision from highly qualified field superintendents. Our objective is to provide a professional “team” consisting of the project’s owner, the architectural/engineering professionals, the general contractor, on-site superintendents, and skilled subcontractors which allows the project to be constructed seamlessly from conception to completion.

Flagstar Construction provides 25 years of experience in commercial construction with over 100 years of combined staff experience. Flagstar Construction is diligent in hiring and keeping the best project superintendents in the industry, most having 30 years in the field. All of our project superintendents have hands on construction experience, are OSHA certified, and maintain up-to-date safety, CPR, and First Aid trainings. Flagstar Construction is proud to have qualified superintendents and management staff that have remained dedicated to the company since its inception. And we apply this experience and dedication to every project to ensure that our clients get the best build for the best price.

We at Flagstar Construction are passionate about practicing safety first and site incident prevention. Work place safety is viewed corporate wide as a moral obligation. On-going safety programs are maintained including random safety checks by our safety management partner, Safety Management Services LLC. And in house with jobsite safety meetings and Tool Talks. This attention to safety first has achieved Flagstar Construction the Associated Builders and Contractors STEP Award level of BRONZE. Flagstar Construction maintains an NCCI Experience Modifier Rating below 1 and is in the top 5% of contractors of equal size in regards to little or no lost time incidents. Currently Flagstar Construction's NCCI rating is 0.86.
